Shipping & Returns

This page explains how we dispatch and deliver orders, and how returns work for UK Peptides ("we", "us", "our"). All products are supplied strictly for research and laboratory purposes only - not for human consumption or veterinary use.

1) Shipping overview

  • Shipping options and prices are shown during checkout before order confirmation.
  • We ship to the destinations shown at checkout. If your country/region is not available at checkout, we cannot ship there at this time.
  • Delivery estimates are guidance only and are not guaranteed.

2) Order processing & dispatch

Order confirmation

After checkout you'll receive an order-placed email with payment instructions. Dispatch begins only after payment is confirmed manually. If you do not receive the email, check your spam/junk folder and then contact us.

Dispatch timeframes

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within CHANGE-ME: Add dispatch timeframe business days.

Dispatch times can vary due to:

  • stock availability,
  • seasonal demand,
  • payment/security checks, and
  • carrier collection schedules.

If you have a deadline, contact us before ordering so we can advise whether we can meet it.

Cut-off times

Orders placed after CHANGE-ME: Add dispatch cut-off time (UK time) or on weekends/bank holidays are processed the next business day.

Stock status & split shipments

If an item is out of stock or delayed, we may:

  • contact you with an updated dispatch estimate,
  • offer a cancellation/refund for the affected item(s), and/or
  • ship your order in multiple parcels (where practical).

3) Delivery

Carriers & tracking

We use carriers such as CHANGE-ME: Add carrier names. If tracking is available for your chosen service, we'll send tracking details when the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Delivery address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, we may need to charge for re-delivery.

Safe place / delivery instructions

If you provide delivery instructions (e.g., "leave in safe place"), you accept the risk once the carrier marks the parcel as delivered.

International deliveries (only if enabled at checkout)

If international shipping is available at checkout:

  • you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, brokerage/handling fees, and
  • you are responsible for compliance with local import and possession rules in your jurisdiction.

Customs processing can delay delivery and is outside our control.


4) Packaging & storage considerations

Many research reagents are sensitive to moisture, light, and temperature. We pack products to help protect them in transit, but once delivered you are responsible for:

  • promptly bringing the parcel indoors,
  • storing items according to the label and your laboratory SOPs, and
  • inspecting items promptly on arrival.

5) Problems with delivery (damage, missing items, or loss)

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within CHANGE-ME: Add damage report window of delivery with:

  • your order number,
  • a description of the issue, and
  • clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the affected item(s).

Incorrect or missing items

If something is missing or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve it.

Lost parcels / delivery disputes

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or the carrier marks the parcel as delivered but you can't locate it, contact us. We may need to:

  • follow the carrier's investigation process/timescales, and/or
  • request supporting information (e.g., a non-receipt declaration).

6) Returns & cancellations

Because we supply sealed laboratory products, returns are only accepted in limited circumstances and must meet strict eligibility criteria.

Change-of-mind returns (unopened items only)

Subject to the "Cancellation rights" section below and eligibility checks, we may accept a return if:

  • the product is unopened, unused, and untampered, and
  • the original packaging and any seals are intact, and
  • you notify us within 14 days of delivery, and
  • you return the goods within 14 days after you tell us you want to cancel/return.

We cannot accept returns for any product that has been opened, used, or has a broken seal.

Cancellation rights (UK consumers)

If you are a UK consumer buying online, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days after the day you receive the goods, unless an exception applies (for example, where sealed goods become unsealed after delivery).

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.


7) How to request a return

  1. Contact us at support@ukpeptides.online (or via Contact) with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
  2. We will confirm whether your return is eligible and provide return instructions (including a return address).
  3. Pack the item securely. Include your order number inside the parcel.
  4. Return the parcel using a tracked service.

Unless the return is due to our error or a fault, you are responsible for the cost of return postage and the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.


8) Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • opened, used, or tampered products,
  • items returned outside the return window,
  • items not purchased directly from ukpeptides.online, and
  • free gifts/promotional items (unless faulty).
