These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of ukpeptides.online (the "Site") and any order you place with UK Peptides ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase products.

2) Definitions

  • "Consumer" means an individual acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.
  • "Products" means any goods sold on the Site.
  • "Order" means an order placed through the Site.
  • "You" means the person using the Site or placing an Order.

3) Research-use only & important restrictions

Research use only

All Products are supplied strictly for research and laboratory purposes. Products are not intended for human consumption and not intended for veterinary use.

No medical advice / no medical claims

Information on the Site is for catalogue and general educational purposes only. We do not provide medical advice, dosing, or therapeutic recommendations. Nothing on the Site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Buyer responsibility and compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, handling, storage, use, and disposal of Products complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional requirements (including laboratory SOPs).

Prohibited use

You must not:

  • use Products for human or animal consumption,
  • resell Products for human or animal use,
  • use Products for any unlawful purpose, or
  • request or share dosing instructions, medical guidance, or therapeutic claims via our support channels.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Orders where we suspect misuse or non-compliance.


4) Eligibility

To place an Order, you must:

  • be 18 years or older,
  • be legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and
  • be authorised to purchase and receive the Products in your jurisdiction.

5) Orders and contract formation

Placing an order

When you place an Order, you are making an offer to buy Products.

Order acceptance

A contract is formed only when we accept your Order (for example, by confirming dispatch, depending on the system workflow).

We may refuse or cancel Orders (for example, due to stock issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or compliance concerns). If we cancel an Order, we will refund any payment received.


6) Pricing, taxes, and payment

  • Prices are shown in GBP.
  • Any applicable taxes (e.g., VAT) will be shown at checkout where relevant.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

7) Delivery

Delivery options, prices, and estimated times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Unless agreed otherwise, we aim to deliver within the timeframe shown at checkout and in line with applicable consumer law.

Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery (i.e., when you (or a person nominated by you) take physical possession of the Products).


8) Returns, cancellations and refunds

Our Products are sealed laboratory items. Returns are only accepted in limited circumstances.

Consumer cancellation rights

If you are a Consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days after the day you receive the goods, unless an exception applies (for example, where sealed goods become unsealed after delivery).

Where the right to cancel applies:

  • you must tell us you want to cancel within 14 days of delivery, and
  • you must return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days after telling us you want to cancel, and
  • we will refund you in line with applicable law and our Refunds policy.

Faulty goods / statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.


9) Product information and availability

We try to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but:

  • Products may vary slightly from images shown, and
  • specifications may be updated (e.g., packaging changes) without notice.

Availability is subject to stock. We may impose quantity limits.


10) Acceptable use of the Site

You must not:

  • misuse the Site (including attempting to interfere with its security or operation),
  • use the Site in a way that is unlawful or fraudulent,
  • scrape, copy, or republish Site content without permission (except where permitted by law).

11) Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, product copy, and software) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.


12) Liability

Our Products are supplied for research use only. We do not accept responsibility for any use of Products outside a legitimate laboratory/research context.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and
  • our total liability for any claim related to an Order will not exceed the total amount paid for that Order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.


13) Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example, carrier delays, severe weather, or supply chain disruption).
